• Hypnotic Gastric Band

Gastric band weight loss.

As obesity rate soars, demands for gastric band surgery has never been higher. The success stories of famous celebrities only increases the want or need for such drastic measures.
The operation involves placing a band around the top of the stomach. The band creates a small pouch at the top of the stomach that can hold approximately ½ a cup of food (rather than the normal 6 cups).
When the pouch is full it sends a message to the brain saying that the stomach is full. Therefore you feel hungry less often, you feel full more quickly, and for longer periods of time, so you eat smaller portions, losing weight over time.
